Employment

All childcare centers in Texas are licensed through the state. In order to be an educator in a licensed childcare center

you must meet certain minimum standards which include:

– Must be at least 18 years of age

– Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

– Must be certified in CPR & First Aid which we provide training.

– Must meet continuing education training requirements annually.

Additionally, all school-age staff who will be responsible for transporting students to and from school must be at least 25
years of age for insurance purposes.
Our starting pay for full-time employees is $9.00 per hr.
Our benefits includes:

– Reduced tuition cost for staff children.

– Holiday pay after 90 days of service.

– Vacation pay after 1 year of service.

– Vision and dental coverage after 3 years of service.
